1. Acceptance of the terms

1.1. By using poll.graphics (a service of POLLION GmbH), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1.2. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use poll.graphics.

1.3. These Terms of Use supplement our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), our Privacy Policy, and our Withdrawal Notice.

2. Permitted use

✓ You may, with attribution:

  • Use maps and data for private research and analysis
  • Use data for journalistic articles, reports, presentations, and studies
  • Use exported graphics in commercial publications
  • Use materials for education and research
  • Use screenshots and exports in presentations and documents
  • Share graphics on social media
  • Embed maps via iframe where available
  • Give credit as “Source: poll.graphics”

3. Prohibited use

✗ You may not:

  • Resell your access data or exported data
  • Share your account with multiple people at the same time
  • Use the service under your own branding without permission
  • Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software
  • Manipulate data or create misleading representations
  • Use automated tools for mass scraping without written permission
  • Use our data to create competing visualization platforms
  • Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or sourcing information
  • Misuse the platform for illegal purposes or cyberattacks
  • Overload or attack our servers

4. Account obligations and security

4.1. You are required to keep your access credentials confidential.

4.2. Use a secure password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

4.3. Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4. You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

5. Data sources and limitations

5.1. All polling data shown on poll.graphics comes from public sources and reputable institutions.

5.2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.

5.3. poll.graphics is an analysis tool, not an election forecast.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. All contents on poll.graphics are protected by copyright and are the property of POLLION GmbH or its licensors.

6.2. Your subscription grants a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription.

7. Suspension for misuse

We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately in case of a violation of these Terms of Use.

8. Changes to poll.graphics

We reserve the right to change, expand, or restrict poll.graphics at any time.
