Withdrawal Notice

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in a clear statement (for example by letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

Immediate provision of services

Important: The right of withdrawal expires where the service is provided immediately after conclusion of the contract and you have expressly agreed to this.

Because poll.graphics is a digital service, immediate access is granted after payment. By confirming the relevant checkbox during checkout, you expressly agree to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost.
